Enclosed are copies of two resolutions adopted by The Toledo Bend Bi-State Alliance.
The recent study by Brown & Root indicates a change can be made to the Operating Guide Rule Curve employed at Toledo Bend. Adopting the recommended change would result in a more favorable water level for the various uses of Toledo Bend Reservoir.
