Board of Directors Meeting
December 18, 2007
4:30 PM at Antique Connection
Meeting was called in order to sign the attached Resolution to send to Sabine County Chamber of Commerce and the Sabine County Commissioners Court.
Board Members present were Maurice Patterson, Joe Kelley, Jerry Lehman and Janna Lehman. We also had emailed approval from Bill McCarty and Steve McMahon to have this Resolution signed.
Maurice signed the resolution on behalf of the Alliance and copies were made to take to the Chamber and the Commissioners Court to their future meeting dates.
Meeting Adjourned at 4:45 PM
