Meeting Minutes
July 23,2001
The meeting was called to order by Bill Heugel
Charles English led the group in Prayer
Minute of the June 25th 2001 meeting were approved as presented on the internet.
The treasurer was absent. No treasurers report was given.
Charles English gave the report on the DETA activities
Bill Heugel reported on the status of the Region I water planning group. The final report for the region has been accepted by the TWDB.
Joe Goodson was proposed as the new Co Chairman for Texas. There were no other candidates nominated. A motion was made seconded and passed that Joe Goodson became the next Co Chairman for Texas. Congratulations Joe.
Joe discussed the status of the collaborative effort and the meetings which had been held concerning the drawdown to 165Ft MSL. It was requested that a writing campaign be conducted to inform the FERC and the board members of the SRAs of our concerns about the drawdown.
The meeting was adjourned.
