Message: Just returned from the Bend. Fished Sunday evening Oct. 10 Till Thursday Oct.14. Had 3 boats with 6 fishing we had 87 keeper bass. Had a 6lb11oz 5lb10oz 4lb10oz and numerous 3lb range. Most fish were caught on red eye shad crankbaits wacky worms and senkos. Water is definitely low but very fishable. Stayed at Bridge Bay Resort our home away from home.

Message: I live on the Bend, last trip was for 2 hours on Wednsday morning, caught 4 bass on watermelon candy centepedes fished from 8 to 10 am. Winds 10 to 15 mph from the northeast. Fished the Toro area in water from 4 to 16 feet water temps were 83 to 86 degrees.

Message: Went 8-13 thru 8-15. Caught Crappie in 17'-20' of water on tube jigs over brush piles. Caught a few bass on carolina rigged brush hogs, and early/late on buzzbaits. Fished the main lake area. Water temp was 90degrees and lake level was 167.8'

Message: Went up Tuesday evening late, fished S. Toledo Bend Park coves and missed one nice fish on topwater, fished next 2 days mid lake and TRYED 1251(real shallow and lotsa grass. went back to Shadows landing and caught 5, all but one under 3lbs.) Caught a total of 8 fish, but it was TUFF!!! Stil, GOTTA LOVE FISHING "THE BEND" !!!!
