DIRECTIONS: Milam is located at the junction of Highways 87 / 21 (21/103) about 7 miles into Texas from the Western edge of Toledo Bend Lake. When crossing from Louisiana, use Highway 6 which will become Highway 21/103 as you enter Texas.
