Greater Lake Livingston Folks

On Saturday, April 24, 1999, Greater Lake Livingston Folks returns to Lake Livingston for the 9th annual Seniors and Handicap Fishing Tournament.

In conjunction with local organizers, Greater Lake Livingston Folks will be putting on a fun fishing day for persons with disabilities and residents of local nursing homes. We are expecting approximately 300 disable anglers from the greater Livingston area and other parts of Texas to fish the waters of Lake Livingston along the shores at Playcation Station at Kickapoo Creek Bridge.

As a part of the festivities there will be food and prizes given away! Greater Lake Livingston Folks is a non-profit program whose mission is to provide recreational opportunities for persons with disabilities. In order for some of our fellow citizens to enjoy a day on the lake it takes a cooperative effort of volunteers and sponsors.

You can be part of this event and help us insure the success of our program by your sponsorship. We gladly accept what ever dollar amount, goods, or services that you would like to donate. Your generous gifts are an investment in the lives of our participants.

Thank you for helping us to meet the challenge and remember your gifts are tax deductible!
