Cypress Bend's 114 acres of forested land and about 3 miles of shoreline let you get away from it all. All the while, you're just over a mile away from a championship 18 hole golf course, restaurant and lounge, luxury hotel and conference center at Cypress Bend Resort.

The tent camping area is not far from the large pavilion or picnic and swimming areas.
67 RV sites are tucked into beautifully wooded areas. All offer water and electric hookups; 26 sites also offer sewer hookup. Of these sites, 37 are monthly rentals; 25 are overnight rentals with full hook-ups; 5 are overnight rentals without sewer hook-ups. There is a dumping station on site. TV antennas and cable are not available. There is a pay telephone in the park.

The marked swimming areas have white, sandy beaches. A great way to cool off on a hot day! The area to the right has nearby picnic tables and grills. You can fish from the jetty or the lighted fishing pier is near the Pavilion / Concession Stand... or maybe just watch the water and meditate...

New rental cabins offer a spacious open floor plan and are fully furnished - dishes, cookware, silverware, linens, etc. - just bring some groceriesand your toiletries and have a great time!

Park gate closes (and is locked) at 9:00 PM until 6:00 AM. If you are arriving late, or wish to be out of the park after 9:00 PM you may make arrangements to get the lock combination.

Directions:

Cypress Bend is just off of Louisiana Highway 191.

Turn off of La 191, between the 28 and 29 mile markers, onto Cypress Bend Road. Go 3 miles on Cypress Bend Road to park entrance.
NOTE: At 1.5 miles on Cypress Bend Road you will see the entrance to Cypress Bend Golf Resort; Cypress Bend Park is 1.5 miles beyond that.

Cypress Bend Road is 3 miles South of the junction of Louisiana Highway 6 and Louisiana Highway 191.
