- Water murky; 68–72 degrees; 0.86’ low. Black bass are good on chartreuse/blue spinnerbaits and shallow running crankbaits in 6–10 feet. Striped bass are slow. White bass are good on Li’l Fishies and Rat–L–Traps. Crappie are good trolling black/chartreuse jigs over hydrilla beds. Channel and blue catfish are good on stinkbait and liver in the mouths of creeks. Yellow catfish are fair on live bait.
