Bubba Cowser – SRA TX Rec Site #2
Located on Tenaha Creek, Tx. in Shelby County, the park is owned and operated by the Sabine River Authority of Texas. (409) 565-2273Located on Toledo Bend Reservoir.
The park has a boat ramp, picnic tables, and a small parking lot.
Directions:
- From Joaquin – the junction of Texas 7 and Texas FM 139 go South on Tx FM 139 for 11.2 miles to Tenaha Creek. The park is on the South side of the bridge.
- From Shelbyville – the junction of Texas 87 and Texas FM 417 go East on Tx FM 417 for 11.4 miles to junction Tx FM 417 / Tx FM 139. Turn North (left) onto Tx FM 139 and go 1.8 miles to Tenaha Creek. The park is on the South side of the bridge.
