Dick Wilgus and his son, Randy, own and operate Dive Toledo Scuba Center. Dick got the enterprise going here about 15 years ago and has been a commercial diver himself for 40 years.

Toledo Bend offers good water for diving. There are a number of artifacts to explore, including some boats and an old barge sometimes used for training. There are some flooded cemeteries and the remains of buildings, even a couple of towns, hiding beneath the waters. And there are some big catfish and gar that many divers hunt with spear guns.

Dive Toledo bills itself as “the Diver’s Super Store”. They carry a complete line of new equipment – from caps to fins. They also handle some used diving equipment.

If you need equipment repairs or inspection, they provide those services, as well. They also do air fills.

If you didn’t bring your scuba gear, no problem! You can rent whatever you may need from Dive Toledo.

And, of course, if you happen to have a need for a commercial diver, Dick and his son and employees can handle those needs, too.
